USPS delivers within 3-4 business days and UPS delivers within 4-5 business day. You will have the option to choose your carrier during checkout. (Please make sure you pick the correct one, as we are not able to make any changes once your order is submitted)
*SHIPPING RATES: We offer the cheapest shipping rates possible, please note that all shipping charges are calculated by and paid to either USPS or UPS. (We do not keep any of this money.) Please note that shipping for international orders is going to be significantly higher than shipping for US orders.
*DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: If you are missing items or any of your items are damaged (excluding statues) please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue.
*MAIL OR PHONE ORDERS We also accept Phone orders paid with a Credit Card or Mail in orders paid with Credit Card, Money Order or Check. If mailing an order please make sure to have all items numbers to ensure you receive the correct product. We ask that you please have your item numbers and payment ready when placing phone orders to receive faster service. Please note that any declined payment or lack of funds may delay your order.
*SHIPPING STATUES: We try our best to pack the statues as safe as we possibly can to ensure that you receive them in tact. Unfortunately, we can’t control how USPS or UPS handle packages. For this reason we ask that you order statues at your own risk, as we can’t be held responsible if this type of product arrives damaged.
