Ogun represents work and all human effort. He is also a symbol of violence, of brute force, of raw energy. He is one of the older orishas, brother to Elegua, Ochosi and Chango, with whom he has had many battles.

Offerings: Cigars, Rum, Toy Cars, Airplanes and Weapons. White beans, roosters, possum, smoked fish, and plantains covered with palm oil.
